Our Commitment to a More Sustainable Future

At ACON, we believe that meaningful change begins with accountability. As a company that manufactures and delivers physical products, we recognize the environmental impact of our operations — and we take that responsibility seriously. ACON is built around family values, and children are top of mind when we design our products. We’re committed to taking bold, thoughtful action today to help build a better tomorrow.

Our sustainability strategy is guided by the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We've identified five goals that align most closely with our mission: Good Health and Well-being, Gender Equality, Decent Work and Economic Growth, Responsible Consumption and Production, and Climate Action. These priorities shape every part of our work — from how we design and produce our trampolines to how we collaborate with our partners.

We’re not just working to meet today’s standards. We’re preparing for the challenges ahead, striving to exceed expectations, embrace new regulations, and contribute meaningfully to a greener, more resilient future.

Good Health and Well-Beign

At ACON, we invest in the well-being of our employees with comprehensive occupational health services, exercise vouchers, and a workplace culture where everyone can feel like themselves and truly thrive. We’re proud that these efforts were recognized with the Great Place to Work® 2024 certificate — a testament to our commitment to creating a supportive and inspiring work environment.

Our products are designed to support physical activity and emotional connection — encouraging people of all ages to move more and feel better. Whether helping children with special needs find calm or bringing neighbors together for screen-free fun, our trampolines promote both mental and physical health.

Because we use high-quality materials that ensure long-lasting performance, our products don’t just deliver joy in the short term — they create meaningful moments that last.

Gender Equality

As the UN puts it, “Gender equality is not only a fundamental human right, but a necessary foundation for a peaceful, prosperous, and sustainable world.” At ACON, we take this seriously. We’ve built a culture of openness, fairness, and opportunity — with a low hierarchy and equal access to advancement for all employees.

We’re proud to have achieved gender balance across our teams, and we’re especially committed to ensuring diverse representation at the leadership level. By fostering a supportive, inclusive workplace and complying with all labor laws and protections, we continue to work toward a fairer and more equitable future — one that is just as sustainable socially as it is environmentally.

Decent Work and Economic Growth

We’re committed to driving long-term, responsible growth — not just for ACON, but for the communities we work with. For over a decade, we’ve partnered closely with trusted manufacturers with our own team members are on-site to ensure that every stage of the process meets our strict quality, safety, and ethical standards.

By prioritizing durable materials and designing for longevity, we create products that stand the test of time — reducing the need for frequent replacement and minimizing environmental impact. This approach helps promote economic stability while supporting innovation, fair labor, and environmental stewardship.

Responsible Consumption and Production

Sustainability starts with thoughtful design — and it’s built into every product we make. From the very beginning, our trampolines are crafted with high-quality, durable materials that extend their lifespan and allow them to retain resale value.

Each model is designed to be easily maintained, repaired, and passed on to others. In fact, 99.5% of our trampoline components are recyclable or reusable, and we offer 100% spare part availability to support a longer product life.

We’ve developed a responsibility strategy that pushes us to continually improve — not just in our products, but in how we operate. We’re currently working to calculate the carbon footprint of our products. Responsible consumption isn’t just part of our story — it’s our commitment.

Climate Action

In 2023–2024, we participated in Finland’s Climate Program, gaining tools and expertise to accurately measure and reduce our carbon footprint. This marked a major step in our journey toward carbon neutrality.

We’re actively encouraging our suppliers to set their own emission-reduction targets, adopt lower-emission freight solutions, and explore more sustainable materials. Internally, we’re also exploring alternative services and sourcing methods that reduce climate impact.

One of our next milestones is to share product-specific carbon footprint data — giving our customers full transparency and empowering climate-conscious decisions. Our use of high-quality, long-lasting materials, our 99.5% recyclability rate, and our spare part availability are all part of our broader mission to reduce emissions across the entire product lifecycle.

Climate change is the defining challenge of our generation — and we’re committed to acting with urgency, accountability, and heart.
